Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be processed once received.
We cannot ship to P.O. BOXES, thank you for your understanding.
Delivery in the U.S.:
> The Samples are exclusively shipped using U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) - Standard Shipping
> Fedex Ground for any other orders. Also available is Fedex Express (Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org) - Extra cost
Delivery for the rest of the world:
> DHL Express, Fedex or UPS. Depending of the most efficient way, this will be decided by Krigler.
KRIGLER products may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandize. A store credit will be issued, NO REFUND is possible. For a Return, the product must be unopened, sealed. It cannot be used, not even a little. And must be in Saleable condition. If you would like to experience the scent prior to purchasing a fragrance. You may order samples on Krigler.com.
To exchange or return a KRIGLER product, please follow the instructions below:
– Call our Customer Relations team at 1-212-371-1122 to receive a return authorization number.
– The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition. And UNOPENED.
All shipping cost is paid by customer.
You may also exchange your product at a local KRIGLER boutique. Go to the Find Stores page to locate a store in your area.
KRIGLER will do its best to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible, within 10-14 days from receiving the product back to us. You must provide an invoice on all exchanges/returns.
